Welcome to Grow Now. By using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the app.

1. Use of the App

•The app is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
•You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
•Users must be at least 13 years of age to use the app.

2. Account Registration

•To access certain features, you must create an account using your email/password or Google Login.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
•All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

3. Digital Content and Courses

•Grow Now offers various self-paced educational courses which are accessible upon purchase.
•All content is for learning purposes only and is owned by Grow Now or its content providers.
•Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

4. In-App Purchases

•Purchases made through the app are processed securely via Razorpay.
•Once a course is purchased, it is non-refundable unless the app fails to function after multiple attempts by our technical team.
•Transaction details such as payment ID and order ID may be stored for verification purposes.

5. Cancellation and Refund

•As the content is digital and accessible immediately, cancellations are not allowed.
•Refunds are only applicable if technical issues persist despite support intervention.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Grow Now are the property of the platform or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Grow Now shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
